What can you expect?
I appreciate that making the first contact with a psychologist can be nerve wracking! I aim to do what I can to make it a comfortable experience and I am happy to talk initially over the phone or email, to discuss your requirements and see if I can help. If you would like to progress with an assessment, this will take place at my clinic and last up to an hour and a half. It will include a mixture of clinical interview and possibly completing some questionnaires. Following the assessment I will write a letter to you summarising what we discussed. If we agree further sessions could be helpful for you, we will develop a treatment plan together and take it from there.

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist and received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East Anglia in 2010. I have worked within the NHS since 2005 and started working privately in 2015, whilst continuing my NHS work on a part time basis.
The majority of my work within the NHS has consisted of the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents and families. However in my private practice, as well as working with children and families, I also enjoy working with people across the lifespan and regularly see adults for individual and/or couples therapy.
