I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first went to see Sara, I just knew I needed help and to trust someone that knew how to help me. Sara makes this so easy! I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. I felt understood. Through cognitive behaviour (therapy) she taught me tools to change my thought’s process. With some key moments/conversations we had, I realised how efficient and worthwhile these changes were. I finished my therapy happier, caring better for myself, balanced and able to identify how much I had improved. I practice what she taught me on a daily basis and I feel it can help me in every aspect of my life.”
“The two sets of sessions I've had with Sara have been life changing. I went to see her for the treatment of anxiety and depression brought on by having my baby a few years ago. Her personal approach to treatment was much more effective than other treatments I had received previously. I felt I had more control over my care. The techniques I have learn't have helped me foster a more relaxed and loving relationship with those around me. She helped me realise that I am not alone in suffering from this kind of illness and has given me tools to better look after myself for life's future challenges.”
We are pleased with how much Sara has helped our daughter to control her worries. Our daughter loved coming to see Sara each week. She felt so relaxed and loved chatting away. It was reassuring for our daughter to know that Sara completely understood what she was going through.”
Sara has helped my daughter immensely. The most amazing thing was that going to see Sara quickly became something we both looked forward to. She has developed into a confident young person, who now can understand and accept her own feelings a lot more, and has found the ability to cope with very difficult situations in her life. Sara has helped her through anxiety and difficulty sleeping, and has made a tremendous difference to our life as a family as a result. As a mum I could not have asked for a more relatable, and capable professional to help my daughter feel more confident and capable of dealing with her challenges.”
